Vintner’s Bar and Grill located in the Airport Radisson Hotel of Santa Maria offers casual dining in an elegant atmosphere with views of the airport runway. Whether you’re joining us for breakfast, lunch, or dinner Chef Jorge Santizo’s menus offer delicious selections for all occasions. Our Early Bird menu, nightly wine specials, and live entertainment at Sunday Champagne Brunch give Santa Maria residents an opportunity to experience Vintner’s Grill day or night.
Vintner’s Grill serves Early Bird dinners everyday of the week from 4:00pm until 6:00pm. Enjoy English Cut prime rib with au jus and creamed horseradish, Champange chicken piccata, or Cajun blackened snapper complete with choice of soup or salad and scoop of ice cream for dessert. Early Bird dinners are priced at $14.95, low enough to enjoy a bottle of local wine.
Sunday Champagne Brunch in our Atrium Bistro and Main Dining Room is the best Santa Maria has to offer with omelets made to order, carved meats, and a spectacular seafood station with oysters, crab legs, and smoked salmon. Breakfast items like heuvos rancheros, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Fresh beef enchiladas, made in house, headline our variety of lunch items. Imported and domestic cheese, fresh sliced fruit, a selection of cheese cakes and other tempting desserts,.... and of course responsible amounts of Champagne.
The dinner menu's Signature Entrees remain consistantly delicious. Prime rib, ciopinno, and our tender lamb shank remain local favorites. New this spring will be six entrees changing each month to give locals a variety of flavors.
Vintner’s Lounge is the perfect place to hide away and enjoy the Central Coast’s most popular wines and adult beverages. The lounge presents Industry Night every Sunday from 4pm until 10pm with free hors d'oeuvres, drink specials, and half price appetizers. Vintner’s Lounge is the place where locals and pilots from across the country can rub elbows, share stories, and enjoy good food in a relaxing setting. Happy Hour offers drink specials, two dollars off the bar menu, and free hors d'oeuvres' Monday through Thursday 4:00pm until 7:00pm.
